Solar gains exterior windows

Hi there,

Simulating an atrium (but no roof glazing) created by a horizontal hole, we've encountered something strange. Taking a look at the simulation results on the ground floor, we have considerable "solar gains exterior windows" tough this space has no windows at all! The space placed above this zone hasn't got any external windows either. When we remove the hole, the solar gains disappear...

Does anyone have an explanation?

I faced similar problems some months ago. Which version are you using? Could you post the file in order to make some comparisons?

There was a bug in v.1.4.0.044 where it was possible for adjcencies to be incorrectly calculated due to a problem that can occur following a cut operation.

This problem should be fixed in v.1.4.0.056 though due to the nature of the problem the error is not fixed by the translation to the new version. Please check the adjacency of the surface with the hole by looking in the navigator. Is it inside or outside?

You may need to redraw any blocks that were cut using v.1.4.0.044.
