You can ensure continuity of your DesignBuilder service and also save 10% by renewing your annual license before it expires. The new license period will run for one full year from the current expiry date.

When renewing early, you will receive an automatic 10% price reduction on any annual license purchase. This can be used in combination with any additional discount voucher you may have (e.g. educational discount or special offer).

The steps for renewing and receiving the 10% discount are:

1. Find your existing 8-digit activation code

You will first need to know the Activation Code for the product you want to renew. You can find this:

• On your original order invoice,
• In the DesignBuilder Help->License dialog, or,
• In your Account Management -> Activation Codes when you are logged in.

2. Order your new annual license

Then go to Buy DesignBuilder and select the products you wish to your order, in the usual way. Once you reach the checkout section where you provide customer and payment details look out for the Early Renewal Price Reduction form where you can paste your Activation Code. The prices for all annual products in the order will be reduced by 10%. Complete the order as usual.

3. Activate DesignBuilder with the new activation code

The new activation code will be sent by email as soon as we receive payment and can be used immediately. It will run for the remainder of the existing annual period and a full year from the current renewal date.
