Our pay as you go licenses give you access to DesignBuilder SBEM with no upfront costs and low cost per EPC lodgement/Part-L assessment. They are ideal for energy assessors who aren't sure how much work is ahead or who need to spread the cost of the software over the year.

The advantages of pay as you go licensing are:

  • No upfront costs
  • Spread software cost over the year
  • Ideal for energy assessors with low or uncertain workloads
  • One "pay as you go" license can be used on unlimited computers
Pay as you go credits expire after 18 months from the date of purchase.
