Packages, Modules and License Options

DesignBuilder is usually purchased in a task related package for Energy Assessors or Design Simulation, with options for basic or advanced users. You can also add other modules now or at a later date to increase the power of your DesignBuilder toolset.

Simulation Packages What you get

Design Simulation Package

Comprises EnergyPlus Simulation and Visualisation modules allowing detailed design simulations to be carried out. The package includes 3D-CAD and DXF import.

Energy Assessor Package

For the UK and Ireland, the Energy Assessor package includes our SBEM and Visualisation modules and allows EPCs, BERs, Part-L and Section 6 documentation to be produced accurately and efficiently.

Additional Support Minutes

DesignBuilder support is provided through our web based Support Desk. Additional support contracts can be purchased as minutes of our engineers' time. 

A typical support incident might use 20 minutes in which case a 60 minute contract would cover 3 incidents.

Payment Options

  1. Make a secure online purchase using a credit/debit card via Sage Pay, or,
  2. Request a DesignBuilder Invoice and pay by Sage Pay, bank transfer or cheque (get in touch with us for bank details).
  3. Request a DesignBuilder Quotation and convert this to an invoice within 30 days by going to Your Order History. You then pay the invoice by any of our usual invoice payment methods.

Just choose your preferred payment option during checkout from the online purchasing process.
