To produce and lodge EPCs Energy Assessors must sign up with an Accredited Scheme. These schemes require the assessor to demonstrate competence in the software they intend to use by passing an approved examination. DesignBuilder Certification provides:

• An Examination for DesignBuilder SBEM.
• Certificates of Competence to candidates who pass the examination. These certificates will be recognised by BRE, CIBSE, Stroma, ECMK, Northgate, Quidos, SEI
