We accept payment for ordered product in a number of ways detailed below. You may contact us about your order by email to
- please include your order number on any messages to us. Whether you wish to pay by credit/debit card or by other means you should place your order via our online shop. Simply select to pay online or receive a proforma invoice during the checkout process. If you request a proforma invoice it will be sent to you by email. If you require us to reinvoice to a different address (for example your accounts department) or to quote a purchase order number, please contact us and we will be pleased to do so.
1. Online Payment by Credit or Debit CardWe are able to accept payment in British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) using the secure WorldPay online payment system. You may login and view your orders by selecting Your Order History from the user menu. If the order is unpaid it will provide a link to WorldPay for immediate payment. If the order is complete it will contain your license keys.
2. International direct money transferFunds should be deposited using the international bank account:
Please let us know when you have made the transfer so that we can send you the license keys without delay.
When paying by direct transfer, please make sure to include the order number with the reference.
3. Cheque
Make cheques payable to DesignBuilder Software Ltd. Currency must be one of British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR). When paying by cheque, please write the order number on the back of the cheque.
