Cancellation Policy

 When a booking for a course or exam are cancelled within four working days of the scheduled date, a re-booking fee of £50 will be charged 

Important Information

• Please read our terms and conditions before making a booking.
• Check the specification for your laptop computer and bring it along with DesignBuilder pre installed. You should load one of the examples provided with the DesignBuilder SBEM software and run calculations to make sure it operates correctly on your laptop before the course. 
• The examinations are arranged about two weeks after the training courses to allow time for you to practice with the software.
• Payment is by secure online card payment via Sage Pay or automatic invoice generation for you to pay by Bank Transfer, BACS or cheque.
